At JE Learning Zone, we are committed to providing you with a seamless learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
- Course Cancellation by JE Learning Zone:
- In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by JE Learning Zone, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of the course fee. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer to another available course at no additional cost.
- Cancellation by the Participant:
- Before Course Start:
- Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee.
- After Course Start:
- Once a course has begun, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Before Course Start:
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only for courses that meet the cancellation criteria outlined above.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to agparashimpex@gmail.com within the specified timelines.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Registration fees, administrative charges, or materials provided as part of the course are non-refundable.
- Processing of Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
Rescheduling Policy
Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future batch of the same course at no additional charge if the request is made at least 5 days before the course start date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
